Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, easy install. I bought a 383 stroker, roller, 450 HP motor with a 750 cfm double pumper carb. It performed well at high rpm's, but very poorly cranking, idling and going to coffee and back, in fact it would foul plugs just cruising around town. I replaced the 750 cfm with a 600 cfm. It performed well idling, and cruising to coffee, but wouldn't scare you at high rpm's. I installed a Fitech Go EFI-4 600 HP unit and now near instant cranks, sweet idle, smooth cruising and scare your butt when stepped on. I love this thing and will never buy another carb. Fitech hit a home run with this unit! It has solved several problems I had with my hotrod ('56 Chevy) now I love to drive it with no embarrassing cranks or stumbles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great EFI System I bout this 3 weeks ago and spent about 8 hours installing the external fuel pump and return lines and new EFI setup. I recommend watching the FITECH videos on there home page for into all setup. You will have a few minor tweaks to make which the videos walk you through. The only issue I had was adapting my 700r4 TV cable. I was able to reuse my bow tie adapter plate with a few tweaks. The second item I had to rework was my Lokar floor mount accelerator pedal as as I could only get 74% WOT with my linkage geometry. I had to buy a spacer block from lokar which solved my problem. Car runs great and starts on first turn of the key with outside temp at 45 degrees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never fails My local mechanics took the time and care to correctly install this system, perfectly programming it. Ever since, my old, tired AMC 360 in my 1977 Jeep J10 runs without "issues".

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Product Great... Jegs packaging bad Product itself 5 stars. Packaging was opened before then re-taped then sent to me. All was there except one little screw so no worries. Just if I'm buying as "new"... I want new. If was a restock and meddled with, I want a discount.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Directions are pretty useless The unit is not very user friendly at all. There are not a lot of tuning options for you once it is installed. And the installation instructions are pathetic. And if you want help with explanations of all the “tuning options” you need to go to a Facebook group that is not affiliated with fitech at all to get good help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made in my life. At the time of writing this, I have been working with this trying to get it to work properly for almost a year and it still doesn't work. The tech support behind this product is by far the worst I have ever encountered in my entire time working with aftermarket parts and the performance of this unit is appalling. I've already had to rebuild my engine due to this unit leaning out the AFR to the point of damaging the rotating assembly, and after trying to reset the learning algorithm, the entire unit now just refuses to start. This is the worst automotive-related product I have ever spent money on and I feel nothing but regret for this purchase and rage at how a product could be so bad.

You might look at this EFI system. You will need to get the correct adapter for this 2 bbr throttle body. https://www.jegs.com/p/FITech-Fuel-Injection/FiTech-Go-EFI-400-HP-2-Barrel-Throttle-Body-System/5417744/10002/-1

Yes, depending on the vacuum the engine will pull. Fitech recommends a minimum vacuum of around 10 inches

Will this work on my 1984 Chevy K5 Blazer 5.0? And will I need any additional parts?

    Asked by: RossiRoss303
You will need an aftermarket intake with a square mounting flange. You shouldn't need anything else for this swap.
