The Hooker Headers Super Competition Block Hugger Headers feature mandrel-bent, tuned-length primaries for decreased backpressure, increased exhaust velocity improving horsepower, torque and throttle response! They are tuned for low to midrange street performance producing strong torque increases during kick down passing, when accelerating at part throttle or anytime the engine is operating from idle to 3500 RPM!
These block hugger headers are perfect for street rods, customs and engine swaps when a specific fit header is not available for the application. They also are great in tight-fit installations where the engine is close to the frame rails and inner engine compartment or on lowered vehicles where maximum ground clearance is required. Best of all they come complete with gaskets, header bolts, and collector reducers for installation!Features:
