    Hooker's Competition Series Headers are engineered to outperform at a reasonable price! To let your engine really breathe, Hooker uses 16-gauge (.049" thick) steel tubing with long, transition-style collectors to provide a serious gain in flow over competitor headers without losing backpressure. After years of testing, Hooker discovered that 5/16" header flanges offer enough flex & rigidity to hold the gasket tight to each exhaust port to keep everything properly secured.
