    24TOW is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good converter This converter is working great in a '68 Sport Fury with a torquey 383 and 2.73 gears. No issues so far after about 400 miles. Hughes recommended this converter based on my setup, and they did well. Price was good with Jegs and they delivered quickly.

Can I use ATF+4 transmission fluid because the instructions says "We recommend Hughes Extreme Type F, Lucas Sure Shift or Lucas Marine ATF for use with our products".

There should be no issues using ATF+4 transmission fluid with the Hughes 512-24TOW converter.

do you have this converter in a 10 inch pattern and does it come with a starter ring gear mounted on the converter?

    Asked by: bluebird
The mopar converters will have a ring gear when needed. The size of the converter is determined by the stall you are needing.
