    Replacement Temperature Sensors

NOTE: Use liquid PTFE® thread sealing compound to avoid leaks and to prevent galling of threads. Pipe tape can insulate the switch from creating a proper ground which is vital to the operation of the switch.

Provide Continuous Voltage to Prevent OE Wire Drop-Off

Manual-Controlled Fan Wiring Harness & Relay Kits are designed to utilize a manual on/off switch (sold separately) or to connect to an ignition switch for full-time operation when on.

Temperature-Controlled Fan Wiring Harness & Relay Kits offer two temperature ranges to accommodate engine thermostats. Can be used as a manual on/off switch or solely as a temperature-controlled switch.

Note: Both kit types available for single and dual fan systems

Rated 5 out of 5 by from simple as advertised I purchased this about a month ago in replacement of the poorly made one I had received from factory five. after some very rude customer service on their part I was fed up and ready to hard wire a switch. after stopping into my local advance auto parts I was recommended this part number from one of the employees. he gave me the part number I needed to order from jegs website and made it that much easier for me, well part arrived installed in a few seconds quality was way superior to that of the one I was sent in my kit. and works great fans turn on and off when they should and I didn't have to run extra wires in my engine bay to add a switch. thank you and i def recommend this for anyone not wanting to wire in a switch

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Low temp fan switch #10562 The switch works good but turns fan on at around 200-220 degrees not 185 as listed, whitch is ok but a little higher than I wanted. This could be because the engine temp. gauge takes its reading from a differant location or my temp gauge may be off.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Oh well The replacement 185 sensor turns on at 180. The original 195 from Jegs turned on at 210. 195 water pump thermostat. Too cool beats too hot.

Do you have these sensors at 160 degrees on? My thermostat is 160 degree so what sensor would work well with that?
