Great for the price
Not going to lie for under $300 this thing rocks. Drives fine, stalls great. I’ve pushed this thing to it’s limits and need to upgrade. Let’s just say a 82mm turbo lq9…. Converter started pushing through at about 812whp. For the price yes I’d buy again.

Exactly what I needed
Exactly what I needed, as recommended by knowledgeable JEGS staff member. Had to use high pressure washers and longer nuts and bolts to shim the gaps to bolt to flywheel. Thankfully its compact compared to stock converter cause the bellhousing wouldn't clear the exhaust pipes so I was working with limited space

I have an 86 monte carlo ss sbc 355 with iron eagle platinum heads and th350. I had a b and m 2400 torque convertor. Motor has plenty of power but leave lazy. Soon as i put the 60401 convertor in it woke up the dead.

What is the thread on the mounting ears? A; 3/8 - 16 bolt (original bolt) catch the first thread but then gets stuck. I don’t want to drill it out for bolt with nut. Thanks
