Black AN Adapter Fittings

Specifications:
Can't get the fitting or collar over the aluminum line after cutting with a tubing cutter. Is there a secret to this?
Is there a version of this I could use to adapt both my transmission and fuel injection line with? both are more than 55psi on the pressure side.
