Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good buy. Seems to be good quality, but the fan is pretty noisy and the tubes for the hoses are a little short when installed over a firewall mat.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Installation went fairly well. However the template for the firewall mounting was incorrect. I had to modify template & redrill holes ! I was not happy about the extra holes and work especially after accurately laying out template on the firewall !

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice and compact So far I am pleased with the unit. It is compact works well. The only thing that I found was the template to install was not right. The mounting holes did not line up which gave me some frustration.

Is it real loud? Can you hook up defrost?

Blower fan is no louder than any standard automotive heater fan. With ducting you could install defrost.
