    Would these alternators fit or work with a 57 Ford 292 ci? I have altered the wiring and updated most everything electrical. I currently run a lower output alternator with 1 wire hookup.I would like to take advantage of a lower RPM cutin.

    the 1 wire chrome alternator 555-10108 shows no chrome in one of the pictures is that a defect in that one are all them that way
