Jegs 10180 Gilmer Drive Kits were developed for the Street/Strip Racer to eliminate belt slippage. Designed to work with factory OE-style alternator brackets and includes V-Belt Groove on Crankshaft Pulley for Power Steering applications.
Kit Includes:
- Drive Belt. 1 1/2 in. W x 40 1/2 in. L.
- Water Pump Pulley (Clockwise Rotation) for Long Style Water Pump. 4 1/2 in. O.D. & shaft pilot hole of 5/8 in. I.D.
- 3-Bolt Crankshaft Pulley with Power Steering V-Belt Groove. 4 1/2 in. O.D. & 2 3/8 in. I.D.
- Alternator Pulley. 2 1/8 in. O.D. & shaft Pilot Hole of 5/8 in. I.D.
Specifications:
Will this kit work for a mid mount alternator? If not do you have a kit for the mid mount? Or a bracket for a high mount?
Will this kit require a spacer on the crankshaft pulley for the power steering V-belt to lineup correctly?
Will this work on a 70s Mopar 318La
Can I drive power steering pump off groove closest to crank on the crank pulley with this set up
Will jegs 10180 Gilmer belt drive system work if I currently have the ict billet bracket kit for double hump heads part number 335-551576.
