    Will this work well with a stock 2001 318 Roller Cam EFI engine in a Ram 1500 4/4 Auto trans ? Without any mod's Push rod's, Injectors, or Computer ?

    Will this work well with a stock 2 barrel 5.2L 318? I will also be upgrading from single exhaust stock manifolds to performance exhaust manifolds/dual exhaust.

    Yes, this will work well with your 2 bbl carburetor, but you will see a big improvement with a change to a 4 barrel carburetor.
