    60779 is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Spend the extra money to begin with… The one l recieved was locked up completely, i tried to adjust and was able to get it to move but it only made one revolution from lock to lock. I returned it and spent more money elsewhere on one that actually works. I would not recommend this unless l just happened to get a total junk one. I leave 2 stars instead of one because jegs was quick to ship it to me and quick to return my money. I dont think it was good practice of jegs to charge me $14 to return a defective item jegs sent me… live and learn there l guess….
