Rated 5 out of 5 by from okay Instructions leave out the fact that you need to put pipe tape on the threads to get them to seal. It should either come with sealer or list it in the directions in my opinion. The product itself works fine at a great price. The instructions cost me a lot of time as I had to go back to the store, not happy about that.

Is that thread locker on the fittings? And is it required? My fittings didn't come with thread locker on them when they arrived.  .

    Asked by: 50 Fleetline
The Jegs 555-63022 proportioning valve would have thread sealant on the fitting. Liquid Teflon can be used in its place.

I'm not seeing in the parts list a small brake line to fit between the master cylinder and this valve. Is there one available or am I just missing it?

    Asked by: Dustindd
You will normally use this in the rear brake line only. We do have different length lines if you want to use one - https://www.jegs.com/p/JEGS/JEGS-NiCopp-Nickel-Copper-Brake-Lines/2111534/10002/-1
