To adjust magnetic base: turn collar counterclockwise to loosen, adjust to desired angle and retighten.
To charge unit: remove rubber cover along edge of light. Insert micro USB cable, and then plug cord into any standard USB port. Indicator LED will show red while charging and blue when complete.
