Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy install and does not look cluttered. Not sure about Horsepower or torque increase because I am not always flooring it, but it does give it a good sound when you half throttle or step on it all the way. And it keeps the engine bay clean looking so that you can work on other stuff without removing the whole air intake box from factory.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I bought this as a first step in performance upgrades for my 2014 Z71, it was a EZ install and I was surprised on how many large factory parts I removed, it cleared out the whole front of the engine compartment, if anything I should get better mileage not having to haul all that junk around anymore. This unit definitely added to the cool factor of my engine compartment it really looks good. It does create a noticeable sound of the engine inhaling but I can't say it sounds good like the rumble of a good exhaust system, although some of my friends seem to like it. now lets talk about why I bought it in the first place, Performance, I didn't notice a difference, maybe the power will show up on a dyno but I really can't feel it. I don't regret the purchase because I believe it's the first step in getting more power out of my truck without major internal engine modification's, my next step is a free flowing exhaust system and a power programmer and hopefully that makes a noticeable difference. I will post more reviews after the exhaust and programmer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LOUD! I've had this air filter installed about a month. I just went on a 800 mile trip with a small trailer. I have to admit it is very loud and when you put it with a loaded trailer, holy cow.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product and performance Whenever you install the MASS AIR FLOW sensor at the end of the installation. Crank it up and few times and drive it around for a couple of miles. Then try and crank it again. It will act like an old school flooded carb. When it does this, take the MASS AIR FLOW sensor back out of the intake and clean it very gently with a Q-tip and some alcohol and reinstall.. There's way too much oil on the K&N Filter and pretty quickly it ends up on your sensor and then it won't run worth a flip.. Hope this helps..
