Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple Ford Master Cylinder - Works Great! I needed a basic, stock-looking master cylinder for a Pinto project and this fit the bill. It looks nearly identical to the stock Pinto item, and after reterminating one brake line end with the smaller fitting, it works perfectly. Nice solid actuation with zero play and a perfect fit. I like the fact that the bare cast iron and zinc plated cover match the original. This is a good piece for restorations. To retain the raw cast iron look, but prevent future rust, just shoot it with some clear before installation. I especially liked the price, which is more than 1/2 the price of typical auto parts store prices. Great deal and a great product.
