Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to apply, easy to cleanup and looks great! Easy to apply, easy to clean up and looks great! Applied the Sound Control to the undercarriage and the Ceramic Insulation to the inside floorboards and firewalls on my 1965 Corvair Monza coupe restomod project. Living in mid-south Georgia, I wanted all the help I could get to withstand the sweltering summer heat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps floor temps down. I installed this on a jeep wrangler tj without carpeting over the weekend and then- due to unforeseen circumstances- had to take a 200 mile trip. Normally my wife would have been telling me how hot the floor was from the exhaust and transmission, but the journey was cooled considerably due to this product. I chose to finish the floor with another spray on product to protect the insulation (Upol raptor liner). So far so good!

The wording suggest the ceramic heat control ALSO is a noise dampener?? Is this correct????

    Asked by: EJenkins9412
No, while it may have a slight effect on noise damping, it is made for heat control primarily.

I see the CI or the SC packages with spray gun. but not BOTH CI and SC with or with out a spray gun???? Does the CI do both insulate and control sound??

    Asked by: EJenkins9412
The Ceramic Insulation will control sound slightly, but it is made to control heat.
