The Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ P3 Radial Tires are designed specifically as a mud terrain tire but also have great street manners. The sidewall features PowerPly™ 3-Ply construction for increased strength and towing capability and the unique silica reinforced tread compound enhances the wet weather capability, increases tread wear and offers superior chip and cut resistance. The MTZ P3 really shines where the pavement ends with multi angled SideBiters® (shoulder scallops) with mud pocket scoops plus the tread lugs feature sipes and variable draft angles with large voids for excellent stone ejection and of course better traction through water, loose soil and mud.
