    GM

The direct-injected LTG engine in your Chevy is an excellent source of power, but unfortunately, it's not without its flaws. The crankcase ventilation system pumps an unhealthy amount of blow-by straight into your intake to be burned up by the motor, caking up your valves and shortening your LTG's lifespan!

Keep your turbocharged Camaro safe from harm with the Mishimoto Camaro 2.0T PCV Side Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit. Using a patent-pending solution engineered to extract blow-by from a PCV valve hiding inside your Camaro's valve cover, the Mishimoto Camaro 2.0T PCV Side Catch Can Kit includes a 50-micron bronze filter, helping to maintain proper octane levels and reduce potential detonation. Keep the crud in the can - not your Camaro!

This kit installs in under 30 minutes with a 6061 aluminum catch can that mounts securely under your hood as if it came that way from the factory. The direct-fit hoses are also available in black, blue, or red silicone to suit your tastes. The bracket supplied with this kit allows you the opportunity to supplement the PCV Side can with a CCV Side can as well. The PCV Side Catch Can Kit includes all mounting and installation hardware, and ships with the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Mishimoto catch cans are different from most air-oil-separator (AOS) systems on a few levels. First, their catch cans are not heated. This means that all of the blow-by is able to condense in the can, including low-octane oil vapors and contaminated fuel vapors. Most AOS systems also drain the blow-by back into the oil pan, while their catch cans trap the blow-by and keep it out of the engine permanently. If you've seen what Mishimoto engineers have seen in the bottom of their catch cans, you won't want that draining back into your oil either.

Note: After installation, Mishimoto recommends checking the contents of the baffled catch can every 1,000 miles until a baseline is established. Oil blow-by accumulation will vary with ambient temperatures and driving conditions. It is important that the contents of the can do not rise above the internal baffle.

  • Mishimoto's Direct-Fit Baffled Oil Catch Cans are designed to protect your intake from becoming an oil slick. Catch cans mount in-line with the PCV system to separate oil and air using a micron bronze filter. Each catch can is mounted away from most intake and supercharger kits to help leave room for future modifications.

Direct port fuel injection in late model engines is great for creating an efficient burn but allows for carbon build up on the intake valves. Engines with conventional port injection have fuel injected into the intake runners, which helps to wash carbon deposits off the valves. This isn't the case with direct port fuel injection, making the addition of a catch can vital in preventing increased carbon buildup.

Mishimoto's Direct-Fit Compact Baffled Oil Catch Cans feature a bronze filter and internal baffle to better separate the oil from the crankcase vapors. Direct-fit silicone hoses and an application-specific bracket make for a quick and simple installation. To back up Mishimoto's superior craftsmanship, each oil catch can kit comes with the renowned Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

    • Works in conjunction with the stock air /oil separator to deliver maximum protection

    • Billet 6061 aluminum sealed can
