One turn of the switch disconnects your battery and saves your solid state voltage regulator and alternator during charging. Also disappoints car thieves when they find that your car has no juice! Rated at 100 amps for 12 and 24 volt DC use.

    74104 is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Save your bacon I am a vintage Corvette owner. These cars have one of the highest static battery drain coefficients. This product eliminates that issue. Also good theft deterrent

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very handy product. I have bought three of these switches for vehicles that aren't used a lot. These switches are easy to install and allow you to quickly disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent voltage drain. They work great and it's a lot easier than removing and reconnecting the cable all the time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not too happy I had to remove the thumb wheel/screw all the way to get it to stop making contact. If you back out the wheel some and then you wiggle the cable and or terminal the battery will reconnect. It didn't take much of a wiggle. I have one on one of my other muscle cars that works fine. Although I may have bought it about 20 years ago somewhere else.
