    Mild Steel Mandrel Bends
Patriot Mild Steel Mandrel bends are available in many combinations of radius, tube diameter and length to suit professional header builders, custom muffler shops and do-it-yourselfers alike. All bends are made on the industry's most up to date mandrel bending machines to ensure smooth wrinkle-free bends with no crimping.

    Aluminized Mandrel Bends
Aluminized tubing has become increasingly popular in exhaust system fabrication as a lower cost alternative to stainless steel. Patriot offers a complete assortment of bends in all the popular exhaust system sizes.

    Stainless Steel Mandrel Bends
304 Stainless Steel Mandrel Bends combine excellent physical properties with a remarkable resistance to corrosive agents found in automotive exhaust emissions. 304 material is the most cost-effective grade of nonmagnetic stainless steel for high strength racing applications or custom street machine exhaust systems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly as described, high quality tubing I actually used these U-bends (bought 2) to allow me to create a smooth radius at the top of a set of homemade valve covers for a Cad 500. The smooth mandrel bend, with a 1 1/2" tube with 4" centerline radius, gave exactly 5 1/2" outside to outside to match the valve cover width of 5 1/2". Thank you, Jeg's, for having such a wide availability of U-bends in stock.
