The Permatex Thread Sealants are economical fitting sealants that out-perform tapes and pipe dopes. They seal against and resist pressure in air, oil, diesel fuel and hydraulic systems, while remaining pliable at higher and lower temperatures. The Permatex Thread Sealants resist common shop fluids, and the dry excess is easily cleaned with isopropyl alcohol.
