Rated 1 out of 5 by from The installation instructions were not helpful at all, and the same thing can be said for their tech support! After over a week of checking the entire wiring harness on my 1963 ford Galaxie 500 in search of a short and proper grounding it was determined that their instructions were WRONG. The instructions said nothing about running a power source to the solinoid and non existent tech support I discovered (on my own) the proper way to hook it up to make it work. And in retrospect, the price of this product was exorbitant for what I got.

Will this work on my 1962 Thunderbird convertible, which has a stock generator and a 390 CU engine.. What other parts and or accessories do I need for the install ?

    Asked by: ChipB
If you are replacing a Ford powergen generator then this should bolt into the same location.
