my question is will this ls motor mount kit work on my 1997 c1500 2wd and let me keep the original 4l60e transmission in it's same position it sits right now with no other modifications..? will the LS engine sit in the original place of the old engine..

    Asked by: jrocha383
The LS engine will sit in a similar location. You should be able to have the transmission adjusted slightly to fit this installation.
