    The Shiftworks Column Shifter Arm Linkage Conversion Kits are designed to adapt your column shifter to your chosen GM transmission. These linkage conversion kits allow for proper gear pointer alignment, providing a perfect fit for multiple vehicle/transmission combos. The kits are adjustable for a precise fitment in the vehicle. Each column shift conversion kit has a splined adapter button, allowing the shift arm to be positioned at any angle.
