PCE PC2413-300 Rocker Arm Stud kit is 4140 Chromoly steel and has a black oxide corrosion-resistant finish. They're roll-threaded and heat-treated to a maximum strength of 190,000+ PSI, and feature larger radius stud fillets for extra strength.
