Rated 1 out of 5 by from Negative value. It will cost $1000 in repairs Save money. Burn $1000 instead of buying this "starter." For starters (haha), this one turns too slow to start the engine when cold. 2: it nearly destroyed my flywheel. It doesn't engage very well and chips the teeth off of the flywheel to the point where I got stranded and had to be towed. I feel fortunate that the flywheel still has enough material left for the original starter to work. I still need a new flywheel to be safe. Avoid a lot misery avoid this at all costs.

This starter gear doesn't go in far enough to hit the flywheel. What do I do?
