What is the principle used for keeping cool? Does it use frozen or chilled water packs, or phase transition packs? If so, how many packs and where are they located? How long does it keep you cool? Thanks, Jim

    Asked by: James John
This has internal pads that will retain ice water to keep the wearer cool. When done simply put back into the ice water far a recharge.
