Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great item I’m happy with this Wilco tire carrier for my 2019 trd pro 4runner

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and functional Purchased this for my 2008 Sequoia so I could have a full size spare 35" tire, which doesn't fit in the location of the stock spare. Aftermarket bumper support is virtually non-existent for 2nd gen Sequoia's. Installation was easy, though lugs and studs provided were 12x1.5 ( for Tacoma's and such) but the Sequoia, Tundra use 14x1.5 lugs. They'll work to secure the tire, but I'd prefer to use the same lugs so my key lock will be compatible with all 5 tires. It's close, but no clearance issues with tire swung out for rear hatch. For the price, it seems like a worthwhile investment. Have yet to go off-road, but it's stable and solid for all other normal driving. I'd recommend a plate relocation kit, or build your own. I bought and wired up a cheap auto parts store light to illuminate the plate and make it " legal".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Piece of Equipment Bought this as an alternative to having the spare under my vehicle. Have a 5th Gen 4runner, wanted the spare to be easier to access, especially when out on the trails 4x4ing. Looks good to boot! Jegs also did an excellent job shipping this out to me in about a weeks time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hitchgate does what it’s supposed to Works as described. Smooth firm action, doesn’t wobble or make noise. Was shipped promptly. Assembly instructions were close to useless and there was no video on YouTube. This should be improved.
