Walker Products Throttle Position Sensor

Walker Products Throttle Position Sensors (TPS) are precision manufactured from premium components in an ISO 9001-2008/TS16949 certified facility. The throttle position sensor uses changing voltage to measure throttle position and relays this data to the onboard computer. The computer uses this information and other sensors inputs to calculate the correct amount of fuel to be delivered to the engine. The TPS is also used along with other sensor inputs to determine the correct timing for shifting points and torque converter lockup in automatic transmissions.
