Medium-high friction compound with a gradual rise in friction as temperature and pedal pressure increases. Long wear rate for severe duty, sustained high temperature braking. Compatible with iron and steel alloy rotors.

Performs best when initially bedded on new rotors or used rotors that have only been run with J compound. ''J'' Compound is designed for fast intermediate ovals requiring less aggressive brake response. Popular tuning compound to reduce bias against A, B, and H compound when additional hydraulic adjustments are not available.
