Xenon has custom designed these quarter panel side scoops to add an aggressive look to your 1999-2004 Mustang. These side scoops go in the factory mounting spot of your originals and mount with double sided tape for an easy installation. These quarter panel side scoops will need to be prepped, primed and painted before installation. Black Die-cut vinyl decals are included to go in the opening of the scoop after they have been painted.
