Are these a hard ABS. I ask because I made a mistake and bought a set from (American Muscle) that were a soft "rubberlike" ABS. I would like a hard, smooth hood louver that was similar to the hood scoop I bought.
Are these louvers "stick on" w8th 3M tape or do you have to cut holes in the hood?
