Digital Pro Shift Systems (DPSS) are programmable and do not require a separate module or pills. They are available in three levels. The gauge-style coordinates with other Auto Meter series, such as Cobalt and NV. The black or silver tube-style has a unique A.I.M. direct line-of-sight mounting bracket, enabling left and right rotation and all-direction angle adjustment. Both are compatible with 0.5 to 6 pulses per revolution, meaning they work with most engines up to 12 cylinders.

Level 2 Includes all the Level 1 features plus four programmable shift points that allow you to set an entire cycle of gear changes. This feature allows you to keep your eyes on the road and still monitor your shift points to achieve maximum power and traction. As you approach your shift points, the LED lights will illuminate to notify you to shift. The launch light feature allows you to set a precise launch RPM from a dead stop. The LED lights will illuminate when you reach your launch point and flash when this RPM is exceeded.

Level 3 Incorporates Level 1 and 2 features and allows you to record and playback up to 80 seconds of RPM activity. You can see where you shifted early, late, and on time to improve your future run times. You can connect to any Auto Meter tachometer to turn it into a playback tach and view recorded data playback on the instrument face.
