How To Install Wheel Vintiques 33-Series Truck Rallye Wheels
The first step in installing Wheel Vintiques 33 Series Truck Rallye Wheels is mounting tires to them. This requires a tire-mounting machine or tire changer. The wheels and tires also need balanced to prevent vibration while driving. Ideally, the balancing should be completed so that the wheel weights are installed on the inside of the wheel, hiding them from view. Next, the correct size lug nuts need to be used, matching the vehicle's wheel studs and with an acorn /tapered / conical seat. The wheels are then torqued in a "star" or "cross" pattern that evenly tightens them down. The torque specs for steel wheels is 85 ft. lbs. Finally, center caps (available separately) are installed on the wheels.
