Mastercraft 572022 Features:
Originally developed to attenuate the high-speed and violent impacts common to short course off-road racing, MasterCraft Safety’s 3G is the only race-proven suspension seating system constructed from laser-notched 4130 (chromoly) tubing for superior structural integrity. Designed with input from champion racers, the MasterCraft 3G offers improved lateral support while the 10-inch deep-sided bolster provides exceptional hip containment so important in today’s competition. The removable bottom cushion allows for speedy seat customization during driver changes as well as easy cleanup after the race. Borrowing technology from our military line of blast mitigating seats, the MasterCraft 3G provides unparalleled attenuating properties, reducing impact energies and lumbar stress by 84% (as shown in independent lab testing required of defense suppliers). Featuring flame resistant foam and upholstery, the materials used in the manufacture of MasterCraft’s 3G meet and exceed FMVSS 302 and California’s TB117 fire safety requirements. Finished with our exclusive Dirt Sport Cover, this popular enhancement reinforces common wear areas of the seat with our carbon fiber patterned vinyl. MasterCraft Safety’s 3G installs using a reinforced, heavy-duty flat strap mount (four tab mount also available, specify when ordering). Additional upgrades such as seat heaters and lumbar support offer much needed warmth and comfort during long stretches of SCORE Baja racing while optional seat back pockets provide compartments to stash essentials.
