    135-6402 - ARP High-Performance Rod Bolts is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Bolt for Stock Rods These bolts are excellent for reconditioning and race prepping stock connecting rods on a Big Block Chevy. They are much stronger than the factory rod bolt. Stock bolts are alloy steel 140,000 psi tensile strength vs. ARP 8740 Chrome-moly steel 180,000 psi tensile strength. I use ARP bolts and studs for all of my internal engine fasteners.
