Rated 5 out of 5 by from I had a different oil and trans coolers in a 2006 corvette 1000+ horse power. I couldn't keep my oil temp below 250 degrees. Install the b&m 70297 in place of fog light holes it dropped oil Temps to 212 degrees 38 degrees coolers so we installed another in passenger fog light for the trans yes i would buy again. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needed transmission to operate at a cooler tempera When I got the transmission cooler my first word was WOW. What a heavy duty cooler. Pulling my camper home,my transmission temperature would be about 200 degrees. Not good. Now my temperature runs 175 degrees. Best money I have spent.

I bought this kit several years ago on a long term build. Car has made about 35-40 1/8th mile passes on a 16V charging system and is not working now. Is this motor capable of 16v short term?

    Asked by: Glennp
This fan was designed to run on 12 volts. A step down resistor should be used if you are running a 16 volt system.
