Mid-mount plates are designed to work in conjunction with Front Motor Plates to eliminate torsional stress within the chassis. Installation of a mid-mount plate also allows for easier transmission swaps, aligns the drivetrain to eliminate block twisting and broken transmission cases and provides smooth clutch operation. Includes flywheel shims (except 247-4030, 247-4027 and 247-4028) to ensure accurate torque converter to front pump engagement. Plates are 30'' wide to fit most applications. Welding required.
