Doug's SKC101 LS Engine Swap Transmission Crossmember:
This Crossmember kit is part of Doug’s LS engine swap components that are available separately for different requirements and options for your project.
Supporting Components for Doug's SKC101 LS Engine Swap Transmission Crossmember (Each Sold Separately):
- LS Engine Swap Motor Mounts for 1964-1967 Chevy Chevelle SK103
- Cast-Aluminum Oil Pan Kit SKOP100 or equivalent
- GM Style Transmission Mount Such as JEGS 555-61820 or Energy Suspension 3-1108G or equivalent
Doug's SKC101 LS Engine Swap Transmission Crossmember Fitment Notes:
- GM TH350, TH400, and 200-4R transmissions fit without chassis or body modification
- 4L60/65 and 4L70/75 may require slight clearancing to the firewall above the upper left bellhousing bolt. Clearancing WILL be necessary at the 2-4 servo cap on the right side of the transmission
- 4L80/85 Clearancing around the following areas will be necessary; the output speed sensor, the electrical plug on the left side, the cooler fitting areas on the right side, and the two rear band anchors that protrude on the upper right side of the case near the rear
- T-56/T-56 Magnum from 4th Gen Camaro or Firebirds will require Cutting a slit down the center of the transmission tunnel the full length of the transmission
