For use with Edelbrock, Brodix, and Dart Heads
These manifolds are identical to Edelbrock's #2801 and #2802 intakes, but with smaller runners for use on engines with a displacement up to 590 cubic inches, or for larger engines whose power band is primarily below 6500 rpm. Big Victor HV manifolds offer a smaller plenum and runner volume for optimal performance on engines with up to 590 c.i.d. and/or larger displacement engines operating 6500 rpm and below. This combo makes this an ideal choice for throttle stop applications or for custom ported versions to create unique port configurations.
Designed for large cubic-inch or high rpm drag racing big-blocks with Big Duke Cylinder heads, the Big Victor Spread-Port manifold makes more horsepower than any other single-quad intake. We've heard from top racers and engine builders all around the country and the consensus is that the Edelbrock Big Victor Spread-Port manifold makes from 20 to 35 horsepower more than their previous manifold. One well-known racer even got a 50 horsepower increase after porting his new Big Victor intake. Top end horsepower is improved while maintaining consistency and response off the throttle stop.
