    Manufacturer's Part Number:

    FAST's XR-i Points to Electronic Ignition converts points-style ignition systems to an electronic ignition. The XR-i is a compact module that bolts directly in place of the breaker point assembly. It simply triggers from the factory cam lobe, making installation a breeze with only two wires to connect. The microcontroller of the module manages the signal and dwell time in the coil to produce a much higher output spark that will improve the performance and driveability. Also features a built-in rev limiter to protect your engine in the event of driveline failure or a missed shift. Units are urethane-sealed to guard against dirt, oil, moisture, and vibration and digital to work optimally at all RPM and temperatures with over-temp protection for safe use in distributors.
