HPS Performance 17-138R Features:
This HPS Performance Hot and Cold Side Charge Pipe Kit replaces the stock OEM charge pipes on your LML Duramax powered truck. The stock charge pipes have been known to fail at inopportune moments due to design flaws and poor material choice. The custom mandrel-bent stainless steel 3 in. hot side and 3.5 in. cold side tubes allow more air to flow into your engine while drastically reducing EGT’s and is designed to allow for ease of installation and service. This kit features 4-ply reinforced oil resistant fluoro-lined silicone boots designed to resist the damaging effects of oil blow-by commonly found in the 6.6L Duramax Diesel LML engines. Also included in the kit are stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps that accommodate for fluctuations in temperature and pressure during operation without risking boost leaks.
