Not only has the flange welds broken, but also the pipe reduction welds as the size steps down. I have had these on and off the pickup three times to finally find that both have started leaking. I have gone back to the original cast iron manifolds.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Buy These My experience mirrors those that also have written negative reviews about the product. I put these on my 2013 Ram 5.7 to avoid the known issues with manifold studs breaking at about 80,000 miles, so at 45,000 miles I decided to put these on. They went on great and lasted about 6 months and only 5,000 miles and now the passenger side header has a crack on the back cylinder and Hooker does not want to warrant the product. I had my local garage show me the problem, I listened to it with a stethoscope and took photos. I sent a note to Hooker and outlined the situation and noted that a certified mechanic diagnosed the issue, sent photos, and they declined to cover the issue under a warranty. Find something else for your Ram, these will only cause you more headaches down the road. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT PURCHASE These headers fit great and get the job done....for about a month or two. The welds are horrible and lead to cracks. My dad has been in the welding industry for 30 years and cannot believe that Holley/Hooker put a product on the market with welds like this. Now I will have to return on the warranty (I have to pay shipping) and wait for them to get fixed. If you want a long lasting set of headers avoid these at all costs.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from First set the flange was so warped it never sealed. Leaks all over the place even with thicker gaskets. Returned them and received a new set. Second pair of headers leaked worst than the first. Also found cracks in the pipes where it met the flange. Whole ordeal cost downtime and too much money. Ended up buy the hardware and put stock manifolds back on.

    Do these come with new gaskets? I noticed in the instructions it says re use the gaskets (replace if necessary)
