JBA has a replacement Z-bar for classic Mustangs designed specifically for use with JBA Headers. There are multiple Z-bars from Ford and other reproduction companies found on the early Mustangs. Most will have adequate clearance for your new JBA Headers. If you have a modified or worn Z-bar that interferes with your JBA headers then you will need to alter or replace it.
