Uses hydraulic line pressure to temporarily hold brakes. Unit must be mounted in a location that is easy to reach from the driver's seat while pressing on the brake pedal so that you can set the lock. The most common use is on the rear brakes.

No special linkage required. Not recommended for use with silicone brake fluid, or as an emergency brake. Includes two brass adapter fittings for use with standard 3/16" inverted flare style brake line.

    Operation:
To Set Lock - Press on the brake pedal, push the knob down & release brake pedal.
To Release Lock - Step on the brake pedal slightly harder than before and it will release automatically.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not for me. bought this product about a month or so age . i have hydro boost brakes & this may be the problem.. put on two valves front/rear both valves were sticking & did not release well had to stand on brakes & pull up (hard) to release , after 1 week front valve was working good then it blew out the oring & started leaking. rear valve still stiff & hard to work..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piece of junk This should be a very simple device. The first one did Not close off the flow at all, in either direction. Jeffs overnighted another and had same exact issue. I returned them both and bought a very similar device from Jamar. It worked perfect first try.. I informed Jegs of the possible production problem

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's simple, but it sort of leaks. I'm happy I saved by going the simple route, since that's the theme of my build. I had an issue with the inlet leaking, so I replaced the bit with one I had in my toolbox and it seemed to fix it.
