Black AN Adapter Fittings

Specifications:
The listing says “no more flaring”, are they saying that the aluminum tubing does not need to be flared whatsoever with this fitting? That seems hard to believe and would ask for a leak, especially with the 37° flare needed on a transmission coolant line.
Description says for up to 55psi. Is anyone using these for fuel line adapting for engine swaps? Example: adapt factory fuel line from sending units on an LS swap
