    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Deal I gave these a 5 because they are great quality and easy to install. This kit assumes you are connecting to a Chevrolet. I have a LS engine in a jeep, so the fuel gauge wouldn't work for me (I needed 220 to 20 Ohms.) They come with pretty much everything you need. I had to get an adapter for the demo sensor. Cant beat this price!

Had to work on the pins in the sockets to make contact and work. Also had faulty reset button for speedometer. Had to supply my own reset button to make gauge calibrate.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Order These! I ordered the JEGS 6-Gauge black set and right out of the box 2 of the 6 gauges backlight LED does not work. I ordered them over a year ago as i was in the process of building the car and just got to the point where i was ready to install them. I install them and the oil gauge and temp gauge backlight does not work. I call JEGS they said its outside the time limit for replacement and they do not carry replacement parts for them. They do not sell individual gauges for them either. So if you buy these and one fails you will have to order a complete new set (if you want a matching dash set). Don't waste your money on these Chinese built failures.

    I want to use this gauge set on a 2006 Ford Ranger. Thanks for the info on the speedo adapter I need to go along with the gauge set. Will the fuel gauge work properly with the OEM intank fuel pump and level sensor, or do I have to replace it also?

    The Jegs 555-41290 gauge set works with 0-90 ohm fuel sending units. It will not work with a factory Ford unit.
