    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for Magnum Engine replacements I bought these thinking they were a DIRECT FIT for my 2001 Dodge truck 5.9L engine. While the details do say they allow fitment of the early manifolds it did not jump out at me and therefore I had to return them as I had NO USE for them.

    Can you swap these heads on to a 88 318 with the 302 casting heads? Also can you use a hydraulic roller cam with these heads

    This will bolt to the '88 318, however, the springs would have to be changed to use with a hydraulic roller cam.
