    Is a mounting kit included with 5 point harness 555-70090? If so, what parts are in the mounting kit?

    Are you able to turn the buckle either in one direction or half way that will only allow the shoulder harness to release (lap belts stay locked in)? Or do all belts release when buckle is turned?
